Easiest Pizza Sauce

Simple Pizza Sauce by @PizzaioloHarri

  • 1 can (400g) – crushed tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon of Zoë Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon – Zoë Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Place the tomatoes in a fine mesh strainer and strain for 30-60 seconds until the desired sauce consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in the Zoë Sea Salt and Zoë Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours before using.
