The perfect cold starter for any olive lover! You don’t have to be a chef to make this recipe, it’s easy to assemble with ingredients you can purchase.

  • Begin by removing your Kalamata olives from the jar
  • Slice your olives into rounds
  • To a serving dish, add your Tzatziki and create a well in the center
  • Place your olives into the well
  • Dress the olives with additional olive brine, oregano, salt and extra virgin olive oil
  • Serve with a baguette, your choice of cracker or loaf, etc 
  • Enjoy!
