A simple and easy appetizer to serve up this holiday season! These fried olives will wow your guests and make your hosting job simpler.

Ingrédients
- 1/2 whole Green Olives, (jar of green olives stuffed with red pepper, I used Zoë Olive Oil)
- 1/2 whole Green Olives, (jar of green olives stuffed with garlic, I used Zoë Olive Oil)
- 1 tasse All Purpose Flour
- 1 tasse Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 whole Egg, whisked
- 2 cups Canola Oil
Process
- In a pot over the stove, heat up your oil using a thermometer to guide you if needed
- Dump your olives onto paper towels to absorb some liquid and pat them dry
- Season your panko with salt, pepper and italian seasoning, set aside
- Roll your olives in flour first, then eggs and then your panko mixture, set aside the olives on a dish
- Prepare a baking tray and a wire wrack for your frying station near the stove top
- Once the oil is hot enough, dump your olive into the oil and fry until golden brown
- Remove from oil and allow them to rest
- Serve them warm alone or with dips and enjoy
