Recipe Idea:
Lemongrass-Infused Garlic Shrimp with Jasmine Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp lemongrass-infused olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Lime wedges for serving
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate the Shrimp:
- In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp lemongrass-infused olive oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
- Add shrimp, toss to coat, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat 1 tbsp lemongrass-infused olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Serve:
- Plate the cooked jasmine rice, top with shrimp, and drizzle with extra lemongrass-infused olive oil.
