Our koroneiki olives are gently infused together with home grown sunflower seeds releasing their distinct aromas and oils. The flavour of the sunflower combined with the peppery freshness of the extra virgin olive oil is delightful and amazingly taste like fresh butter and is 100% vegan. This oil is especially flavourful with roasted or grilled vegetables, rice, popcorn, garlic bread, vegan stir fry, eggs, seafood and chicken.
Pairing suggestions:
- Use with one of our Zoë balsamic, wine or apple cider vinegars to create the worlds best vinaigrettes for your salads or sandwiches.
- Mix in Mayo or Mustard to use in sandwiches.
