- 2 tbsp Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp Zoë Hot Honey
- Zoë’s Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Lamb:
- In a bowl, mix Zoë Greek Signature Spice Blend, Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, Zoë’s Salt and Pepper. Rub the mixture over the lamb chops and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Lamb Chops:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- Zoë’s Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Fish:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the fish with Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with Zoë Greek Signature Spice Blend. Season with Zoë’s Salt and Pepper and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets.
- Bake the Fish:
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

For the Chicken:
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Zoë Greek Signature Spice Blend
- 2 tbsp Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Zoë Wild Greek Oregano
- Zoë’s Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
For the Potatoes:
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Zoë Signature Greek Spice Blend
- 2 tbsp Zoë Hot Honey
- Zoë’s Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the chicken thighs with Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Zoë Greek Signature Spice Blend, lemon juice, Zoë Wild Greek Oregano, Zoë’s Salt and Pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Toss the potato wedges with Zoë Greek Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Zoë Signature Greek Spice Blend, Zoë’s Salt and Pepper.
- Spread the potato wedges on a separate baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping once halfway through.
- Make the Hot Honey Glaze:
