Our koroneiki olives are pressed together with fresh basil from our estate which releases the distinct aromas and oils of the basil leaves. The flavours are fresh and grassy with a vibrant taste & aroma of the basil. It is creamy and nicely balanced by the lovely peppery finish from our extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for: salads, drizzled over bruschetta, pasta, marinades for white meats, grilled sandwiches, popcorn or just dunk a baguette in it!
Use with one of our Zoë balsamic, wine or apple cider vinegars to create the worlds best vinaigrettes for your salads or sandwiches.
Mix in Mayo or Mustard to use in sandwiches.
