Our koroneiki olives are gently infused together with our home grown fresh herbs, releasing the distinct aromas and oils of oregano, garlic, sweet red pepper and thyme. The flavours of the herbs combined with the peppery freshness of the extra virgin olive oil is delightful. This oil is especially flavourful with chicken fish, lamb and beef!

Use with one of our Zoë balsamic, wine or apple cider vinegars to create the worlds best vinaigrettes for your salads or sandwiches.
Mix in Mayo or Mustard to use in sandwiches.
